Our Story

Kathryn Francis is a dynamic and talented freelance Graphic Designer and Marketing specialist, with a passion for creating stunning designs that captivate audiences and help businesses sell. Thanks to her vast expertise, Kathryn is an expert in Marketing Plans, Social Media Management, and Branding. She has a proven track record of helping businesses to communicate effectively and build their digital presence through the use of Social Media and Advertising.

Kathryn’s passion for design began during her time at NSCC, where she gained invaluable skills in WordPress and Adobe Illustrator. Realizing her natural talent and her passion for the field, Kathryn then enrolled in Website Development at MSVU. During her time there, she honed her coding skills in HTML/CSS and developed her proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Google Web Designer. She also created numerous designs for Home Pages on Desktop and Mobile platforms.

Kathryn’s commitment to her craft has never wavered, and she has taken every opportunity to develop her skills and gain new experiences. As the VP of Marketing & Communications of the Business & Tourism Society at MSVU, Kathryn gained valuable leadership skills and experience. She has also worked as a Social Manager, continuing to develop her skills in Content Creation.

In 2023, Kathryn embarked on a new adventure, starting her own business called Creative Nexuss. Her ability to turn ideas into reality has been a key factor in her success, and she is always willing to take on new challenges and push herself to new heights. Whether working with individuals, non-profit organizations, small businesses, or large corporations, Kathryn brings her signature blend of creativity, technical expertise, and marketing know-how to every project.
